Chanel is a luxury company that focuses on hight fashion, luxury products and accessories, Gabrielle Chanel gained the nickname Coco from her time as a chanteuse. As a fashion designer, Coco Chanel catered to women's taste for elegance in dress, with blouses and suits, trousers and dresses, and jewellery of simple design.
THE KELLY BAG
It was redesigned several times and was renamed to honour Hollywood legend Grace Kelly, who fell in love with its design while filming To Catch A Thief in 1954.
The Kelly is one of the original It-bags, but few bags were more popular and prized than its successor: the Birkin.
THE BIRKIN BAG
The Birkin bag was born from a meeting between actress and singer Jane Birkin and designer Jean-Louis Dumas in 1984. The pair met on a plane, and inspired by Jane's complaint, that she could not fit her baby bottle in her bag, Dumas created the Birkin.
Since then, the bag has become a legendary item, thanks in part to how difficult it is to get one's hands on it.
ROLEX
Founded as Wilsdorf and Davis in London in 1905 by Hans Wilsdorf and Alfred Davis, the company registered Rolex as the brand name in 1908. At the end of World War I, the company moved out of London and registered itself as Montres Rolex SA in Geneva. It has been owned by a private family trust, the Hans Wilsdorf Foundation, since 1960.
Rolex is most recognisable watch brand in the world today, Rolex introduced the Oyster case, the first waterproof wristwatch case that was fitted with a screw-down crown to keep moisture and dust from damaging the movement. Five years later in 1931, the brand introduced the first self-winding rotor on its Perpetual line, which ensured that the mainspring barrel was consistently wound. In 1945, the Datejust became the first chronometer wristwatch with an automatically changing date function.
THE CHANEL 2.55
The Chanel 2.55 is a luxury leather handbag or purse manufactured by the fashion house of Chanel.
In the 1920s, Coco Chanel became tired of having to carry her handbags in her arms and decided to design a handbag that freed up her hands. Inspired by the straps found on soldiers’ bags she added thin straps and introduced the resulting design to the market in 1929.
After her successful comeback to the fashion industry in 1954, Chanel decided to update her handbag. The resulting design was called 2.55 after the date of creation, February 1955.
THE CHANEL CLASSIC DOUBLE FLAP BAG
The classic Double Flap Bag is a must-have for every Chanel collector. Karl Lagerfeld, who became creative director of Chanel in 1983, made one notable addition: the ‘CC’ turnlock, now a feature on the Classic Flap. Traditionally crafted in jersey, then lambskin and caviar leather.
The straps on the first Flap Bags were entirely made of chain metal. When materials became scarce, however, Coco improvised by weaving leather into the chain to reduce the amount of metal needed.
CHRISTIAN DIOR
Born in 1905 in Granville, France, Legendary fashion designer Christian Dior exploded onto the Paris fashion scene and reintroduced a femininity and focus on luxury to women's fashion.

LOUIS VUITTON
Born in 1821 in a small village in the mountainous region in eastern France, Louis Vuitton left home for Paris on foot at the age of 13. In 1854, with his growing experience and reputation, Louis Vuitton opened his first store near Place Vendôme. While the luggage was mostly made of calfskin, which was not waterproof, he invented a new type of waterproof canvas material and the revolutionary square shaped trunks, which turned into a huge success and was even featured in the Universal Exhibition held in Paris in 1889.

EMIL A. SCHUELKE
Art Deco cocktail shakers. "Penguin", designed by Emil A. Schuelke. A silver plated cocktail shaker, shaped as a stylised penguin, hinged beak with cork stopper. The model was introduced by Napier USA in December 1936. This item was manufactured by « Au Bain Marie" at the end of 20th century.
LALIQUE
René Lalique was the father of modern jewellery, yet a move into glassmaking cemented his name as one of the great designers of the 20th century, Lalique first began to experiment in the early 1900s, having enjoyed a successful career as a jewellery designer working in some of the world’s top ateliers. Glass became the focus of his work for the next 40 years — the artist embracing changing styles including Art Nouveau, Art Deco and Modernism.
ART NOUVEAU

it is characterized by inventiveness, the presence of rhythms,
colors and ornamentations inspired by fauna and flora and its characteristic forms in arabesques.
BOUCHERON
Boucheron was the first jewelry house to open its boutique on Place Vendôme in 1893. With models of mythical rings, Boucheron is one of the major representatives of French luxury and refinement., In 1878, the Boucheron house presented at the Universal Exhibition in Paris a necklace called Foliage, composed of diamonds and sapphires, and exhibited engraved diamonds and necklaces called "question marks" which were a great success.
CARTIER
Louis-François Cartier takes over the jewelry workshop from his master in Paris in 1847, five years later, the company markets at 5 Rue des-Petits-Champs its first pocket watches, pendant watches, brooches and chatelaine for lady, Major evolution for its future, Cartier settles in 1899 at 13 rue de la Paix in what drtz the world center of fashion and luxury with Worth, Guerlain or Doucet.
