営業候補生の期間は3ヶ月間です。
3ヵ月の間に達成目標が設定され、達成を可能にするために配属先の営業所及び本社研修室において研修が行われます。
達成した営業候補生は正規の営業社員に昇格します。

Sales Executive & Sales Manager
Requirements:
Form 5 graduate or Diploma holder or with equivalent educational background is preferred
Interested in Wine
Preferably with proven sales track record in high end wine trade or related fields
At least 4 year solid experience in wine trade, minimum 2 years in managerial level
Familiar with the latest trends in wine markets
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, negotiation and analytical skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Good numerical and market sense
Self-motivated and result orientated
Proficiency in both written Chinese and English, or Japanese and English
Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin, or Japanese and English
Good command in MS Office and Excel
E-Commerce - Operation
- To work closely with E-Commerce on directions to develop the business and achieve the agreed sales target.
- To deliver quality services to the customers and develop initiatives for online sales expansion through new channel development and other resources.
- To manage the relationship between brand and 3rd party online marketplaces, partners to elevate the brand and ensure maximum brand visibility and consumer awareness.
- Close monitoring of market situation, dynamics and competitors, responding with proposed actions in products, strategies, etc.
- To recruit, train, develop and motivate team members to the level necessary for efficient and effective operation of the department.
- To ensure realistic stock level of the Company’s core brands kept by customers. To monitor and control the retail pricing in each customer.
- Partner with analytics team on financial forecasting and budget planning, and to evaluate financial status of each customer.
- To monitor and report on any new activities undertaken by customers or competitors to identify business development opportunities.
- Assist other function teams on other cross-functional projects assigned.
Profile
- Professional diploma/degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.
- Fluent in spoken & written Mandarin & English.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in sales environment of FMCG company.
- Knowledge in wines & spirits market, brand specifications, competitor products and pricing.
- Knowledge in E-Commerce channels operation.
- Strong commercial sense and be insightful on consumer understanding.
- Good skills in structured selling, presentation, communication, negotiation, planning, administration and time management.
- Good creative and strategic thinking as well as logical analytical skills.
- Strong people management skill and good coaching skills.
- Excellent team player who demonstrates open-minded leadership capability.
- Good networking, influencing and communication skills.
- Proactive and creative.
- Commercial sensitivity and sensibility.

Duties:
Developing trade & retailing business, formulation and executing sales and marketing plans, preparation of management reports
Overseeing sales and operations, reaching sales targets made by the head office
Stimulates, motivates, and develops employees in order to allow future growth
Lead the Sales Team to achieve Company's business objectives and targets through planning and implementing effective sales strategies
